Bloom Nurseries seeks a Nursery Teacher in Abu Dhabi to deliver the MindChamps curriculum in a safe and stimulating environment. The role requires a degree in Early Childhood Education and at least two years of experience in an early years setting.

Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and implement the MindChamps program for the class in accordance with policies, guidelines, frameworks and philosophy of the nursery
- Address each child's educational and developmental needs and keep accurate records of children's progress
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to work and play in
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, children and other stakeholders
- Complete progress reports on children for each term and prepare a developmental portfolio for each child
- Discuss expectations, set guidelines and establish procedures for class organisation, discipline and daily schedules with team members
- Be responsible for the arrangement, appearance, displays, and learning environment of the classroom
- Attend all teachers' meetings and professional development sessions
- Work cooperatively with other staff/teachers to ensure optimal benefit for children
- Display a positive attitude, work cooperatively with other staff members
Requirements
- University degree in Early Childhood or Education OR a university degree and a certified vocational certificate in care and education of young children OR certified vocational certificate in care and education of young children
- Minimum of two years' experience in an Early Years setting
- Creative and inspiring with loving energy
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Knowledge in educational development / cognitive psychology
- Fluent in verbal and written English

Job Summary

- The Nursery Teacher understands and promotes the nursery’s vision, mission, social charter, and policies within the nursery setting and in the wider community.
- The Teacher is responsible for providing a safe and stimulating environment and delivering the MindChamps Nursery curriculum in an engaging and positive manner.
Responsibilities
