- Manage the overall operations of the nursery branch

- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through effective communication
- Oversee admissions, enrollments, and branch administration
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and daily operations
- Support curriculum implementation and educational activities
- Prepare reports and coordinate with management as required
- Maintain high standards of care, hygiene, safety, and education
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in nursery or school management within the UAE
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Professional approach when dealing with parents, staff, and management
- Good knowledge of UAE nursery regulations and operational procedures
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursery Manager to lead the operations of our nursery branches in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
