- 2 to 5 years of leadership or senior practitioner experience in an early years setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of statutory curriculum frameworks (e.g., EYFS, Montessori)

Role Overview
- A Nursery Manager directs the daily operations of an early childhood facility.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, a postgraduate degree, or an accredited vocational certification like CACHE Level 3 or 5.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of leadership or senior practitioner experience in an early years setting.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, empathy, and working knowledge of statutory curriculum frameworks.
