Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day leadership and smooth running of the nursery
- Plan and deliver high quality early years education, ensuring EYFS framework, bilingual learning, and Reggio Emilia approach are implemented consistently
- Lead, coach, and support a team of early years practitioners
- Manage staffing schedules and coordinate with administration to maintain effective nursery operations
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare of children
- Maintain regulatory and KHDA compliance
- Build strong, trust based relationships with families through regular communication and feedback
- Monitor classroom practice and track children's development
- Manage resources and budgets
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality standards across the nursery
Requirements
- Strong nursery leadership capabilities, including experience in Nursery and Nursery Management within an early years setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children practices
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, staff, and external stakeholders
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field; leadership or management training is an advantage
- Familiarity with EYFS and child centered pedagogies (e.g., Reggio Emilia), plus experience in bilingual or multicultural environments is highly beneficial
- Proven ability to manage teams, organize daily operations, and maintain regulatory and health and safety standards
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to foster an inclusive, supportive, and professional nursery culture
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Min of 5 years of experience in UAE nursery management

Role Description
- The Nursery Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for the day to day leadership and smooth running of the nursery.
- Oversees the planning and delivery of high quality early years education, ensuring that the EYFS framework, bilingual learning, and the Reggio Emilia approach are implemented consistently.
- Leads, coaches, and supports a team of early years practitioners, manages staffing schedules, and coordinates with administration to maintain effective nursery operations.
