- Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and oversee compliance
- Experience working in a child centered environment
- Familiarity with educational and childcare regulations in Abu Dhabi

Role Description
- This is a full time on site role for a Nursery Manager located in Abu Dhabi.
- The Nursery Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the safety, welfare, and development of children.
- Responsibilities include implementing safeguarding policies, supervising staff, maintaining compliance with local regulations, managing budgets, and fostering effective communication with parents and the team.
- The Nursery Manager will also lead curriculum planning to provide stimulating and creative learning opportunities for children.
Qualifications
- 5 plus years experience in Nursery Management and overall nursery operations in the UAE
- Strong understanding and commitment to Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children practices
- Cache 5 qualification
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or nursery management
- Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and oversee compliance
- Experience working in a child centered environment, with a focus on fostering development
- Familiarity with the educational and childcare regulations in Abu Dhabi is an advantage
