Responsibilities
- Manage end to end nursery projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and management presentations
- Monitor project budgets, costs, invoicing, and financial performance
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of nursery materials, plants, and resources
- Supervise nursery operations, maintenance, irrigation, and landscaping activities
- Manage project risks and resolve operational challenges effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE regulations
- Lead and mentor nursery staff, supervisors, and site teams
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project progress, financial status, and KPIs
- Coordinate with finance, procurement, logistics, and other departments for smooth project execution
