The group operates 36 nursery schools with curricula including British EYFS, Montessori, and Reggio Emilia approaches.
Role Overview
Kids First Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Admin Manager for a nursery role with an immediate start.
The position supports nursery operations and works with managers, parents, children, employees, and head office teams.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Support general nursery administration as directed by the Nursery Manager.
- Provide admissions information and availability updates to prospective parents.
- Assist with arranging nursery tours.
- Process applications and maintain waiting lists.
- Manage Salesforce leads and update current lead records.
- Update nursery bubbles and gate attendance sheets weekly.
- Complete Excel forms for cash advances and reimbursements.
- Manage monthly maintenance quotations.
