Responsibilities
- Support registered nurses and medical staff in delivering patient care
- Take vital signs, prepare patients for examinations, assist with basic procedures, and ensure patient comfort and safety
- Maintain clean and organized patient areas, restock supplies, and follow infection control and safety protocols
- Document patient information accurately under supervision
- Communicate patient needs to the care team and assist with patient education as directed
- Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and ongoing learning
Requirements
- Foundational clinical knowledge including basic nursing principles, vital signs measurement, and infection control practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow directions and work under supervision
- Organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; enrollment in or completion of a nursing assistant, practical nursing, or nursing degree program preferred
- Willingness to work shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for electronic health records
- BSN Degree Holder
- with Dataflow Evaluation
- with DHP evaluation from MOPH Qatar

Role Description
- The Nurse Trainee role is a full time, on site position based in Doha, Qatar.
- Support registered nurses and medical staff in delivering patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, assisting with basic procedures, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain clean and organized patient areas, restock supplies, and follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Document patient information accurately under supervision, communicate patient needs to the care team, and assist with patient education as directed.
- Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and ongoing learning to build clinical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
