Provide clinical and operational oversight that ensures participants receive safe, holistic and person led care
Lead and nurture the nursing team, creating a culture of confidence, compassion and continuous growth
Monitor key service indicators and participant feedback to strengthen the quality of care
Coordinate nursing rosters and collaborate with the Bridge House Leadership Team to maintain seamless coverage
Work closely with medical practitioners and nurse practitioners to ensure coordinated screening and intervention
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance participant outcomes
Offer expert nursing advice to the WA AOD Leadership Team, escalating matters where needed
Champion inclusive, culturally appropriate and trauma informed practice
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Senior Registered Nurse (or equivalent)
Experience in AOD withdrawal management
Confidence supervising staff and supporting performance
Strong organisational skills and the resilience to lead a dynamic service
Experience in clinical service development
Understanding of neurodiversity in an AOD context
Excellent written and verbal communication
Commitment to participant led service delivery
Formal AOD and/or mental health qualifications are highly regarded
Current WA Driver’s Licence
Christian movement providing social welfare and humanitarian support.
