- Provide nursing care services as instructed by the Nurse in charge, following treatment plans
- Prepare rooms for new admissions and ensure a welcoming environment
- Clean and prepare medical equipment/areas according to clinical standards
- Greet and escort newly admitted patients to their rooms
- Document care services and patient responses, providing feedback to Nursing Supervisor
- Provide nursing care with respect for privacy and confidentiality
- Offer emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families
- Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work areas
- Relay information from Clinical Team to patients and families
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment by monitoring and reporting physical environment status
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing
- 3 years of experience in Nursing, including 1 year in mental health or addiction
- Valid primary license from country of origin
- Eligibility for license from licensing authority in Qatar
- Strong command of English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Job Overview
- Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Psychiatry to join our Client’s team in Qatar.
- The Primary Nurse will provide individualized nursing care according to treatment plans, ensuring the highest standards of professional quality.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide nursing care services as instructed by the Nurse in charge, following treatment plans to meet patient needs.
- Prepare rooms for new admissions, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients.
- Clean and prepare medical equipment/areas according to clinical standards.
- Greet and escort newly admitted patients to their rooms, delivering a high level of hospitality.
- Document care services and patient responses, providing feedback to the Nursing Supervisor for service improvement.
- Treat all patients fairly, ensuring satisfaction with the service provided.
- Provide nursing care with respect for privacy, knocking before entering patient rooms.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of all patient care information.
- Offer emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families, fostering a compassionate environment.
- Notify patients appropriately before changing their room or roommate to ensure their comfort.
- Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work areas to uphold high quality and hospitality standards.
- Relay information from the Clinical Team to patients and their families, addressing their questions and concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing.
- 3 years of experience in Nursing, including 1 year in mental health or addiction.
- Valid primary license from the country of origin.
- Eligibility for a license from the licensing authority in the State of Qatar to practice as a healthcare professional.
- Strong command of English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
