Deliver Specialized Wound Care
Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Diagnose, evaluate, and manage acute and chronic wounds, pressure injuries, surgical wounds, skin tears, ulcers, and other complex skin conditions.
Monitor wound progression and modify treatment plans to promote optimal healing outcomes.
Perform bedside wound care procedures within scope of practice.
Improve Clinical Outcomes
Identify risk factors that contribute to delayed wound healing and implement evidence-based interventions.
Collaborate with facility staff to prevent wound development and reduce complications.
Support initiatives focused on reducing avoidable hospitalizations and improving quality metrics.
Partner with Interdisciplinary Teams
Work closely with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, dietitians, and facility leadership to coordinate care.
Educate facility staff and caregivers on wound prevention, treatment protocols, and best practices.
Serve as a wound care resource and clinical expert within assigned communities.
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation within the EMR.
Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based wound care practices.
Focus on Wound Care Excellence
Spend your time practicing specialized wound care, not managing a high-volume primary care panel. You'll evaluate, treat, and monitor a wide range of acute and chronic wounds while helping facilities improve clinical outcomes.
Make a Visible Impact
Your work directly influences healing rates, infection prevention, hospital avoidance, quality measures, and resident quality of life. Few specialties provide such immediate and measurable clinical impact.
Technology That Supports Better Outcomes
Our providers utilize advanced documentation tools, predictive analytics, and clinical technologies designed to improve efficiency, identify risks earlier, and support better patient outcomes.
Practice with Independence
Enjoy autonomy in managing your patient caseload while collaborating with physicians, facility leadership, nursing staff, and clinical partners.
Be Rewarded for Results
Our compensation model rewards both productivity and quality, creating meaningful opportunities for providers who deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Build Lasting Relationships
Unlike hospital-based care, you'll follow patients throughout their healing journey and become a trusted clinical partner to residents, families, and facility teams.
