Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C Certificate (BCLS)

Proven conflict resolution skills
Knowledge in wellness and holistic models of health care
Demonstrates skills in safety initiatives and service innovation
Demonstrates skills in clinical governance, research-informed practice
Demonstrates capacity to plan, implement and evaluate multiple assessments
Able to practice autonomously within SHA policies, clinical practice guidelines
Knowledge in significance of quality improvement
Communicates through therapeutic relationships, client and family education
Working knowledge in health promotion
Knowledge in consultation
Knowledge in chronic disease prevention and management
Ability to apply evidence-based decision making
Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge in disease and injury prevention, health protection and harm reduction
Knowledgeable a trauma informed approach to patient and family care

Standby may be required.
Travel required to provide services within the area
Multisite position serving Kipling Integrated Health Centre & PHC
Registered/eligible for registration with the CRNS as RN (NP)
