Full-Time Nurse Manager
Bezalel Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily nursing operations, supervise nursing staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and federal, state, and local regulations.
Provide leadership, support staff, and ensure compliance with nursing standards.
Requirements
- Current NY RN license
- Nursing home/LTC experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
