We are seeking a compassionate and experienced **Pediatric Special Needs Nurse** to provide dedicated, one-on-one care for a **13-year-old girl with special needs**.

The role focuses on supporting her **daily development, communication, mobility, and basic life skills**, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.

· Provide daily nursing care and supervision

· Assist with personal hygiene, feeding, and routine activities

· Ensure the child’s safety and emotional well-being at all times

· Help improve **speech, communication, and social interaction**

· Support **mobility and physical development (walking assistance, exercises)**

· Assist in developing **basic life skills** (eating, responding, daily tasks)

· Work alongside therapists (speech, occupational, physiotherapy)

· Implement recommended therapy exercises at home

· Track and report progress regularly

· Monitor health condition and vital signs if required

· Administer medications as prescribed

· Maintain medical records and daily reports

· Provide patient, calm, and supportive interaction

· Manage behavioral challenges with care and understanding

· Build trust and a positive routine for the child

· Valid **DHA License** or **DHA Eligibility Letter** (Registered Nurse)

· Minimum **3–5 years of nursing experience**

· Proven experience with **pediatric special needs / developmental disorders**

· Currently **based in Dubai / UAE**

· Experience handling children with:

o Developmental delays

o Speech and communication challenges

o Mobility difficulties

· Background in **home care / private family nursing**

· Strong patience and empathy

· Childcare and special education understanding

· Basic therapy support knowledge

· Good communication skills (English required)

· Ability to work independently

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
