Position Summary
Answer patients' questions, assess their needs, and provide or coordinate appropriate assistance.
Record symptoms, medical information, condition changes, assessments, counseling information, and care activities.
Provide patient care, treatments, emergency response, employee health support, and referrals as needed.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Measure and record vital signs.
- Recommend and implement patient care plans and interventions based on patient assessments.
- Administer medications or start intravenous fluids while documenting times and amounts.
- Provide basic care such as temperature and blood-pressure checks, wound cleaning and dressing, massage, and hot or cold applications.
- Administer emergency treatment for injuries or illnesses and arrange medical care when necessary.
- Inform employers and employees about health problems to minimize or eliminate potential illness risks.
Workplace Standards
- Follow company policies and procedures and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
- Use proper equipment and wear appropriate personal protective clothing.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs using clear, professional, and discreet communication.
- Support team goals, maintain positive working relationships, and comply with quality, company, and regulatory standards.
- Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Qualifications
- Professional licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college is preferred.
- At least three years of related work experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- Maintain current professional knowledge and participate in ongoing professional development.

- The position is full time.
- The role is based at West Bay, Doha, Qatar, and is not remote.
