Role Overview

The Nurse provides patient assessment, clinical care, treatment, health guidance, emergency response, and documentation services.

The role supports employee and guest health, maintains confidential information, and follows professional, company, safety, and regulatory standards.

Schedule and Position

  • The position is full time.

Clinical Care

  • Answer patient questions, assess symptoms and conditions, make referrals, and develop or implement patient care plans.
  • Measure and record vital signs and changes in patient condition.
  • Administer medications and intravenous fluids while documenting times and amounts.
  • Provide basic care and treatments including wound care, blood-pressure checks, massage, and hot or cold applications.
  • Administer emergency treatment and arrange medical care for injuries or illnesses when necessary.

Health Records and Guidance

  • Record, store, and maintain confidential guest assessment and counseling information.
  • Inform employers and employees about health problems to minimize or eliminate illness risks.
  • Maintain current professional knowledge, seek information for unfamiliar situations, and participate in continuing professional development.

Compliance and Collaboration

  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, quality expectations, confidentiality requirements, and external regulations.
  • Use appropriate equipment and protective clothing and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
  • Communicate discreetly and professionally while maintaining positive working relationships and supporting team goals.
  • Perform physical duties including fine-motor handling, bending, reaching, and moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Qualifications

  • Professional licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college is preferred.
  • At least three years of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required or specified.
