Role Overview
Seeking a highly experienced and compassionate elderly caregiver for professional in-home care and support.
The role provides care to elderly patients, including those with mobility limitations, chronic conditions, or special care needs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on elderly care experience is required.
- Nursing education is mandatory, with CNA or caregiver certification referenced in the requirement.
- A home-country nursing license is accepted.
- Candidates must be willing to work both morning and night shifts.
- Immediate joining is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
- English is required and Tagalog is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal and daily care to elderly patients.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and daily activities.
- Assist with mobility, walking, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor health, behavior, appetite, sleep, and general condition.
- Support medication routines under nurse or doctor instructions.
- Maintain hygiene and infection-prevention practices.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
