Job Summary
Provide high-quality nursing care and clinical support within the Facial Department while assisting Slimming and Laser Departments as required.
Prepare patients, assist with treatments, monitor safety, maintain clinical standards, and support an exceptional patient experience.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Prepare clients and treatment rooms for facial, skin, slimming, and laser procedures.
- Assist physicians, doctors, therapists, and laser therapists during consultations and treatments.
- Monitor comfort, safety, vital signs, adverse reactions, and treatment concerns.
- Perform blood collection and specimen handling according to clinic protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and progress records.
- Educate clients on pre-treatment, post-treatment, skincare, and follow-up care.
- Follow laser safety, infection control, sterilization, confidentiality, and regulatory procedures.
- Manage medical supplies and report incidents, equipment issues, or patient concerns.
- Participate in training and provide cross-departmental operational support.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid MOPH License.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience.
- Valid BLS/CPR Certification is preferred.
- Aesthetic, dermatology, slimming, laser, cosmetic clinic, and dermatological procedure experience is advantageous or preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong patient care, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of infection control and clinical safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
Working Conditions
- Clinic-based, in-person role.
- Shifts, weekends, or public holidays may be required according to operational needs.
- Cross-departmental support is expected across Facial, Slimming, and Laser services.
Key Performance Indicators
Patient satisfaction and effective support for Facial, Slimming, and Laser operations.
Compliance with clinical and infection control standards.
Accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Treatment room readiness and efficiency.
Attendance, punctuality, teamwork, and collaboration.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 6,500 to QAR 7,500 per month.
