NPI Technician

Responsibilities

• Prototype Assembly : Build, modify and troubleshoot initial engineering prototypes and technology samples using technical schematics and drawings.
• Process Development : Assist Process engineering SMEs in defining manufacturing procedures, identifying tooling requirements, and ensuring products are designed for manufacturability (DFM).
• Testing & Quality Assurance : Perform functional and qualification testing (e.g., thermal, mechanical, electrical, or automated test equipment setup).
• Issue Resolution : Actively identify, document, and resolve technical bugs, yield risks, or tool mismatches during NPIs and Safe launch production runs.
• Documentation & Training : Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assist in training production operators before a product goes to the assembly line
