Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.
- Plan and execute operations development activities, ensure transition to production within cost, quality, and capacity parameters, and ensure production transitions meet program goals.
- Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e., material availability, cost/assembly/test/BOM/capacity readiness and transition plans).
- Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule, or demand.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience working in networking, cloud, or data center environments.
Experience managing NPI programs for printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) hardware with a focus on vendor management, cost control, quality/reliability, and on-time delivery.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
5 years of experience in multiple aspects of hardware and manufacturing operations.
Knowledge about hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs), process documentation, assembly and test processes.
Developed leadership, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity and strategic skills.
Effective communicator of project requirements and schedules.
Qualifications
