Job Summary
Manage Noon marketplace operations and drive eCommerce sales.
Ensure a seamless customer shopping experience through accurate listings, order processing, promotions, inventory coordination, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on Noon, including titles, images, descriptions, and prices.
- Monitor and process orders and returns efficiently.
- Run promotions, deals, and marketing campaigns on Noon.
- Track sales performance and report key metrics.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust listings and pricing.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory updates.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues on the platform.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience managing a Noon marketplace.
- Strong understanding of Noon Seller Lab or Vendor Central.
- Basic Excel skills for reporting and sales tracking.
- Knowledge of eCommerce sales strategies and online marketing.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other marketplaces such as Amazon or Shopify is a plus.
- Ability to analyze sales data and suggest improvements.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
