We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Executive to handle end-to-end order processing.
The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Process and validate customer orders in Oracle Ensure purchase orders meet compliance standards Track order status and resolve issues promptly Maintain accurate order records and documentation Generate order-related reports Communicate professionally with customers Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Non-IT)
Experience
in order management or customer service Proficient in Oracle Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy Excellent communication and multitasking skills Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented.
