About the Role
Lead non-IT recruitment operations and manage a recruitment team.
Drive bulk hiring across sales, business development, operations, customer support, and other non-IT roles.
Deliver high-volume recruitment with strong quality, productivity, and closure performance.
Work Mode
- The role is work from office five days per week.
- The stated location is Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the non-IT recruitment team against hiring and productivity targets.
- Drive bulk and volume hiring and ensure timely closure of requirements.
- Manage recruitment for sales, business development, operations, customer support, and other non-IT roles.
- Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and joining.
- Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a candidate pipeline.
- Allocate requirements and deliver within defined turnaround times and business timelines.
- Monitor productivity, pipelines, interviews, selections, offers, and joining numbers.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching, guidance, and mentoring.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders on hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate and stakeholder relationships throughout recruitment.
