Job Summary
The employer is seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter for its growing recruitment team.
The role covers hiring for engineering, construction, MEP, manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, and project-based organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Ensure timely hiring closures and meet recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals and ATS systems.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Preferred Hiring Experience
- Experience hiring Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and Civil Engineers.
- Experience hiring MEP Professionals, Project Engineers, and Site Engineers.
- Experience hiring QA/QC Engineers, Planning Engineers, Project Managers, and Construction Professionals.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from ₹10,193.26 to ₹42,252.94 per month.
