Role overview
A purpose-driven organisation in the UK's dormant assets and regulated financial services sector is seeking an experienced Non-Executive Director.
The appointment is to join the organisation's Board during an exciting stage of growth.
Essential criteria
- Experience leading or overseeing complex operations in a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of operational resilience, technology, cyber, controls, outsourcing and service delivery.
- Understanding of how Government and other important stakeholders function.
- Sound governance instincts, independent judgement and Board and Committee contribution.
- Ability to challenge management in an engaged, constructive and informed fashion.
- Proven senior stakeholder management with executive teams, regulators, Government and delivery partners.
