- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of workplace incidents
- Conduct routine medical check ups, health screenings, and wellness programs
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records in line with company policies
- Administer vaccinations and preventive health measures as required
- Support the HSE team in implementing workplace health and safety standards
- Monitor occupational health risks and recommend preventive measures
- Coordinate with external hospitals/clinics for referrals and advanced medical treatment
- Promote employee health awareness through training, counseling, and education
- Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations
