NodeJS Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining server-side application logic using Node.js.

Designing and implementing APIs for internal and external services.

Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements and ensure seamless data flow.

Optimizing applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

Implementing data storage solutions, often involving databases like MS SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

Ensuring security and data protection measures are implemented and adhered to.

Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code, following best practices for code management and deployment.

Participating in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.

Troubleshooting and debugging applications to resolve issues and ensure stability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in JavaScript and the Node.js runtime environment.

Experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or Hapi.js.

Strong understanding of backend architecture and design principles.

Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL and NoSQL databases).

Knowledge of API design and development (RESTful APIs, GraphQL).

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., DevOps, Git).

Understanding of security best practices in web development.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A degree in Computer Science or a related field is often preferred, along with relevant professional experience.
