Mannai Networks, part of Mannai Technologies, provides end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions for enterprise, government, defense, and service-provider customers.
The company’s services include networking, cybersecurity, collaboration, data center solutions, structured cabling, ELV, managed services, and 24×7 support.
We are looking for an experienced NOC Lead to manage and oversee 24x7x365 Network Operations Center activities.
The role will be responsible for leading the NOC team, ensuring SLA compliance, managing escalations, improving service delivery, and maintaining high operational standards in line with ISF requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee 24x7x365 NOC operations and ensure smooth daily service delivery.
- Lead the NOC team and ensure compliance with ISF standards, SLAs, and operational requirements.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, escalation procedures, and operational workflows aligned with ISF objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for escalations, audits, reviews, and service-related matters.
- Review incident reports, analyze trends, and implement service improvement plans.
- Manage team scheduling, training, performance monitoring, and resource planning.
- Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports, and monthly service review reports for management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Network Operations.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Strong experience in NOC operations, incident management, SLA management, and service improvement.
- Good understanding of ISF standards, operational governance, and escalation management.
- Certifications such as CCNP, ITIL, and PMP are preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
