An experienced NOC Engineer is sought for the Roads and Infrastructure division in Dubai.
The role manages the full lifecycle of No Objection Certificate submissions and approvals.
Location
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on NOC applications with Dubai Municipality, DDA, DEWA, TRAKHEES, Civil Defense, Etisalat, and DU.
- Track approval status and resolve authority queries or comments to prevent project delays.
- Coordinate submission packages with design, engineering, and project management teams.
- Maintain relationships with government and utility stakeholders.
- Monitor changes in authority regulations, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Maintain records and trackers for submissions, statuses, and correspondence.
- Support authority-related risk identification and mitigation planning.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant experience in Dubai within a consultancy environment.
- Hands-on experience obtaining approvals from RTA, DM, DDA, DEWA, TRAKHEES, Civil Defense, Etisalat, and DU.
- Strong background in NOC submissions and approvals for roads and infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication, coordination, organization, and attention to detail.
- A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
