Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet high standards and customer expectations.
Operate and maintain finishing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance.
Manage workflow efficiently to meet production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished products.
Handle and organize printed materials, preparing them for finishing processes.
Set up saddle stitch machines according to job specifications, including adjusting settings for paper size, fold types, and trim sizes.
Load paper and other materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment and registration.
Monitor machine operations during production runs to ensure quality standards are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment, such as jams or misfeeds.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition.
