Responsibilities
- Manage nightly floor operations, including guest entry, VIP table service, and bar speed
- Train, schedule, and supervise bartenders, bouncers, and floor staff to ensure top tier service
- Implement upselling strategies for VIP tables and premium beverage packages to maximize nightly sales
- Monitor inventory levels and control waste/spillage to maintain high profit margins
- Handle customer complaints quickly and maintain a high energy, safe environment
- Coordinate with promoters and marketing teams to ensure high guest attendance
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in a high volume nightclub or premium bar
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing labor/beverage costs
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Overview
