Job Summary
Parkview Pet Center is hiring two Night Shift Receptionists to support 24/7 client communication, appointment booking, delivery orders, and emergency call escalation.
This is a non-medical customer service and administrative support role.
Main Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp messages and assist clients with appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Follow approved scripts and clinic procedures; no medical advice should be provided.
- Manage Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, and similar delivery orders, including preparation, pickup, and product availability.
- Follow emergency screening scripts and escalate urgent cases to the on-call veterinarian.
- Maintain night logs, bookings, order records, and handover notes for the day team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service experience.
- Fluent English, strong telephone and written communication skills, and comfort using WhatsApp.
- Comfort using computers, apps, and digital systems.
- Reliability, punctuality, organization, and ability to work independently.
- Experience with appointments, scheduling, retail, delivery platforms, clinics, salons, hotels, or similar environments is advantageous.
- Arabic is an advantage.
