- 12.25-hour shifts (36.75 hours/week)
- Overtime available (paid after 40 hours)

What You’ll Do
Set up and operate a Gallus flexographic press
Produce high-quality labels while meeting production and quality standards
Monitor and reduce material waste
Ensure press is fully stocked and running efficiently
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required
High school diploma or GED
Strong mechanical aptitude
4+ years of printing or press operation experience
Preferred
Flexographic printing experience
Experience with: Cold foil Hot stamp dies Rotary screens Tactile varnishes
