Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with property management systems (PMS) or hotel management software, preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work overnight shifts independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reconcile daily revenue reports and prepare detailed audit reports for management review.
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and responding to guest inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor security and safety protocols throughout the property during overnight hours.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless communication across shifts.

- The Night Auditor utilizes strong analytical skills daily to accurately reconcile financial transactions and identify discrepancies. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues promptly.
