- Verify and analyze financial transactions
- Reconcile credit card transactions and cash flow
- Audit restaurant and night run process
- Check in guests, answer phones, and take reservations
- Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies
- Process invoices, post checks to vendors, and distribute employee checks
- Reconcile accounts and balance cash drawer
Requirements
- Previous experience in night audit or front office role preferred
