Responsibilities
- Monitor newborn growth milestones, sleep patterns, skin health, and administer prescribed vitamins or medications
- Manage feeding schedules, bottle sterilization, burping techniques, and track daily milk intake
- Establish healthy sleep hygiene practices and help the baby transition into a structured routine
- Handle newborn baths, umbilical cord care, nail trimming, and maintain a sanitized environment
- Engage the baby in age appropriate activities like tummy time, sensory tracking, and motor skill development
- Keep a detailed daily log of feeding times, ounces consumed, sleep duration, and diaper changes
Requirements
- Licensed/registered nurse with recognized credentials in neonatal or pediatric nursing
- Experience providing direct care to newborns in hospital or clinic settings
- Strong clinical skills in newborn assessment, monitoring, feeding support, medication administration, and basic emergency response
- Prior experience in a neonatal intensive care unit or maternity ward preferred
- Certifications in neonatal resuscitation preferred
- Proficiency in English required; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Role Description
- We are looking for a dedicated, qualified, and compassionate Certified Nurse to join us in caring for our newborn.
- We are flexible and open to one of two arrangements: Day Shift (10 hours per day) or Full Time Live In.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Newborn Medical & Wellness Monitoring: Tracking growth milestones, monitoring sleep patterns, assessing skin health, and managing prescribed infant vitamins or medications.
- Feeding & Emulsion Support: Managing feeding schedules, proper bottle sterilization, burping techniques, and tracking daily milk intake.
- Sleep Conditioning: Establishing healthy, safe sleep hygiene practices and helping the baby transition into a predictable routine.
- Hygiene & Specialized Care: Handling newborn baths, umbilical cord care, nail trimming, and maintaining a pristine, sanitized environment.
- Developmental Stimulation: Engaging the baby in age appropriate activities like tummy time, sensory tracking, and motor skill development.
- Logistics & Reporting: Keeping a detailed daily log of feeding times, ounces consumed, sleep duration, and diaper changes.
Key Requirements
