Blue Ridge Haulers is looking for new Class A drivers in Pennsylvania who are ready to get behind the wheel and start building something real.

We don't expect you to know everything on day one — that's why we built a training program that actually pays you while you learn.

Training pays $650 per week and runs 4 to 6 weeks.

Once you complete training and start running solo, you're guaranteed $1,000 per week for your first three months.

No surprises, no "it depends." Just a steady paycheck while you find your footing on the road.

After that, you move to mileage pay starting at $0.56 CPM.

Weekly average runs $1,200 to $1,500.

Top earners are clearing $1,800.

What the job looks like:

• OTR dry van freight across the Eastern U.S.
• 70% drop-and-hook — less waiting, more driving
• Home every two weeks for two full days, consistently
• Late-model assigned equipment
