Network Support Engineer
We are seeking experienced Network Support Engineers (L1 & L3) to provide onsite network support, troubleshooting, installation, and configuration services.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, end-user support, and field IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity, device failures, and cabling issues.
- Respond to incidents and resolve network-related issues within SLA.
- Escalate complex issues to the L3 support team when required.
- Collaborate with remote teams for advanced troubleshooting.
- Replace or repair routers, switches, printers, and networking hardware.
- Provide onsite and remote support to end users.
- Install software and provision IT hardware.
- Support AV equipment setup and video conferencing.
- Maintain IT hardware and software asset records.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies
- Experience with end-user support
- Experience with field IT operations
