Job Summary
The role provides end-to-end technical support for hardware, software, networks, and IT infrastructure.
The position maintains desktops, laptops, printers, network devices, operating systems, antivirus solutions, and day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on computers, printers, scanners, and network devices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, application software, antivirus, drivers, and security patches.
- Resolve hardware, software, operating system, and virus-related issues.
- Install and configure printers and scanners on user machines.
- Provide technical support to end users and resolve daily IT incidents.
- Manage server and client operating system updates, security patches, and antivirus updates.
- Maintain biometric attendance systems.
- Implement and maintain information security policies.
- Conduct periodic preventive maintenance of IT assets.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure system availability.
