Role Description
Configure outlook with POP3/IMAP/RPC profile, and trouble shoot MS outlook configuration issues
Troubleshoot mail flow issues between servers and sites, from / to internet domains
Thorough Knowledge of AD and IMP components of AD, AD and exchange dependencies and trouble AD related issues on Exchange
Knowledge of Various trouble shooting tools (SMTPDIAG etc...)
Installation of Exchange 2003 and various Exchange configurations
Knowledge and practical experience of Windows 2003 Cluster, Exchange 2003 cluster, trouble shooting cluster related issues
Knowledge of SCOM 2007 and various components of SCOM 2007. 10. Knowledge of BES server, configuration of BES on server as well as BB handset
Skills
- <div>Broad based IT knowledge and experience (Hardware, Networking, Middleware).<br>Application development knowledge and experience (J2EE, Design, Analysis).<br>Quality & Productivity methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, TQM, CMM, etc…)<br>Ability to translate complex concepts into multiple architectural “views” understandable by varying audiences.</div>
