Role overview
Design, implement, and support enterprise-scale network security solutions across data centre, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Work with Cisco ACI, Check Point, and Palo Alto technologies in complex managed services environments.
The role combines hands-on engineering, technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational support.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and support network security solutions.
- Perform firewall policy reviews, security assessments, rule optimization, and platform health checks.
- Troubleshoot network, security, routing, segmentation, and application connectivity issues.
- Manage Cisco ACI tenants, VRFs, bridge domains, EPGs, contracts, and L3 Outs.
- Manage Check Point firewall access control and NAT policies.
- Deploy and support Palo Alto next-generation firewalls and Panorama.
- Maintain security compliance with client operational standards.
- Participate in change management, problem management, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with architects, project teams, and service delivery stakeholders.
- Maintain HLDs, LLDs, implementation plans, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
