About the Role

- Monitor hospital payments, pending bills, shortfalls, and settlements
- Handle authorization, rejected claims, and reconsideration cases
- Coordinate reconciliation of hospital accounts and ensure timely payments
- Ensure provider agreements and MOUs are executed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve provider related issues
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 4 8 years of relevant experience in Health Insurance, TPA, or Healthcare
- Hands on experience in provider network management and hospital relationship management
- Good understanding of medical claims, cashless claims, authorizations, and provider payments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Must be currently based in Qatar
