About the Role
Marketing Eye is hiring a Network Planning & Compliance Analyst to join its Network Development team, supporting automotive retail networks across 21 markets. The role involves data management, EV readiness projects, compliance monitoring, and network optimization.

Responsibilities
- Manage data accuracy, reporting, and performance reviews across the network
- Drive EV readiness projects and facility infrastructure planning
- Monitor compliance with network and corporate identity (CI) standards
- Own network planning inputs for the Business Plan
- Be the go to expert on PLANET (Planning & Network Transformation) tool
- Support network optimization through geo planning, space, and cost analysis
- Analyze market performance and maintain Tableau dashboards
- Collaborate closely with regional and global teams, plus external partners
Requirements
- Degree in business management, data analytics, or a related field
- Experience with Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar tools
- Project/product management experience
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP skills
- 3+ years in automotive or luxury retail (a plus)
- Sharp analytical mind with strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills and collaborative attitude
- Comfort working in a fast paced environment

About the Role
- You'll play a key role in ensuring our retailer network meets the highest standards of performance and corporate identity compliance.
- From EV readiness projects to network dashboards, you'll be at the heart of how we plan, build, and optimize a world class retail network.
What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- A degree in business management, data analytics, or a related field
- Experience with Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar tools

- A sharp analytical mind with strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills and a collaborative, can do attitude
