About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Network Manager to oversee network operations, infrastructure performance, and connectivity across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement network strategies aligned with business and technology objectives
- Lead and manage enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi Fi, VPN, and cloud networking environments
- Ensure network availability, reliability, performance, and security across all locations and systems
- Oversee network monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and performance optimization activities
- Manage network upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, and infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to support business requirements
- Establish and maintain network standards, policies, procedures, and documentation
- Manage vendor relationships, telecommunications providers, and network service contracts
- Monitor network performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Lead, mentor, and develop network engineers, administrators, and technical support personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in network administration, network engineering, IT infrastructure, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing network teams or network operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, wireless technologies, and network security principles
- Experience with enterprise networking technologies from Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar vendors
- Familiarity with cloud networking platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with network monitoring, automation, and performance management tools
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
