Handling highly complex and critical projects and leading projects of significance requiring facilitation and collaboration with representation across organizational functions such as:
productivity and labor management initiatives, including workforce analytics, staffing efficiency, and cost-control strategies
Direct revenue cycle reviews and performance improvement efforts to enhance collections, reduce denials, and optimize cash flow.
Develop and deliver higher-level analytics, dashboards, and insights that enable proactive decision-making.
Conduct ad-hoc business reviews, scenario modeling, and special projects to support strategic initiatives, volume growth, service-line performance, and operational efficiency.
Promote a culture of financial accountability, internal controls, transparency, and continuous improvement throughout the Network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive/combined in healthcare finance
- Advanced knowledge of the organization's processes, protocols and procedures.
- Advanced skills in short- and long-range planning, program and project management, facilitation and collaboration.
- Sound strategic thinking and consulting skills in guiding the organization toward workable strategies and solutions.
- Proven ability to focus on priorities, strategies, and vision.
