Network Engineer | Patuxent River, MD

• Interface with Boeing, Lockheed Martin, ITT and customer Flight Engineers, aircraft maintenance Technicians, US Navy service members, and Subsystem SMEs to sustain operations.
• Proven ability to operate effectively within the Navy's chain of command and enhance cross-functional coordination across diverse organizations, including NAVAIR and NAVWAR program offices.
• Cross-Functional Team Support: Support cross-functional teams of engineers, scientists, and IT specialists to successfully integrate emerging technologies.
• Understanding of modern digital ecosystems and their application within a military framework.

• Contributes to the development and execution of training programs for future fleet system, ensuring shipboard and command personnel are proficient in the operational capabilities being fielded.
• Plan and execute SOVT and DT&E network events; author test plans/procedures, conduct packet analysis/throughput testing, and support TRR readiness

Salary at CaVU is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, education, training, certificates, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The expected salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 To drive fair pay practices for employees, CaVU conducts regular comparisons across our employee groups and the industry.

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, CaVU considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
