Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer L2 to join our IT/Networking team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and managing routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure.
Qualifications and Skills
- B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc. in Computer Science / IT / ECE engineering, BCA. Location: Delhi / NCR
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
- Implement network security policies and firewall rules to safeguard the organization’s IT assets.
- Perform network performance tuning, capacity planning, and traffic analysis.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new network hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network topology, configurations, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for network upgrades and projects.
- Support incident management and provide escalation support for complex network issues.
- Proven experience with router, switch, and firewall configuration and management.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
