Job Description
Provide technical support and administration for a data center network environment.
Serve internal departments and national and international customers as a network technical contact.
Responsibilities
- Provide second- and third-level support for the data center network environment.
- Manage and administer data center network infrastructure.
- Analyze, classify, and resolve network incidents.
- Optimize network architectures for secure and highly available operations.
- Support planning, coordination, and implementation of technical projects after onboarding.
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or completed vocational training in IT.
- Professional experience in network administration.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, and/or Juniper networking solutions.
- Strong knowledge of switching, routing, OSPF, BGP, VRF, and VPN.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Willingness to participate in shift work.
- Flexibility, commitment, creativity, assertiveness, self-discipline, analytical skills, and teamwork.
