We are looking for a Network Engineer to design, implement, and operate the network infrastructure that connects Terabase’ s Projects, users, and cloud environments. We are looking for a Network Engineer to design, implement, and operate the network infrastructure that connects Terabase’ s Projects, users, and cloud environments. You will own the health, performance, and security of both our enterprise/campus LAN-WAN footprint and our cloud networking, working as part of a distributed team to keep connectivity fast, reliable, and secure. This is a hands-on role with significant influence over architecture and standards.
Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise and campus LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switching, routing, wireless, and SD-WAN.
Architect and manage cloud networking across AWS/Azure— VPCs/VNets, subnets, routing, transit gateways, VPN, and hybrid connectivity (Direct Connect / ExpressRoute).

Lead network capacity planning, performance tuning, and resilience/high-availability design.
Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, and access controls in partnership with the security team.
Monitor network health using observability and monitoring tools; troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity, latency, and performance issues.
Automate network provisioning and configuration management using scripting and infrastructure-as-code.
Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and standards.
Respond to and lead resolution of network incidents, including occasional on-call participation.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on network design decisions.
Partner with cross-functional teams (security, cloud, IT support) to support business and project needs.
Industry certifications such as CCNP / CCIE, or cloud networking certifications (AWS Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate).
Experience with SD-WAN networking and/or SASE Solutions
Exposure to wireless design and management (Cisco, Aruba, Meraki).
Hands-on firewalling experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower, Check Point), including rule management and policy design.
Experience operating in environments with compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, NERC CIP).
