Role Overview
Intertech Vision provides control room solutions for airports, telecommunications, traffic, utilities, security, surveillance, process control, broadcast, and defense sectors.
The Network Engineer will support enterprise network infrastructure used at customer sites and in mission-critical control room environments.
The employment type is full-time and onsite in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support network infrastructure, switches, routers, VLANs, and related services.
- Support Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP environments.
- Support connectivity for video wall controllers, encoders, decoders, and control room systems.
- Diagnose hardware, software, and network-related technical issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for customer systems.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support, including installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.
- Maintain accurate system and network configuration records and prepare technical reports.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams, project teams, and customers, and travel to customer sites when required.
